Our core business is the installation of case goods and  systems furniture, high density shelving and commercial office relocation services. Our crews work very hard and carefully while installing and servicing today's finest furniture.

Precision is experienced in industrial relocation, hotel furniture installation and total facilities coordination and installation.

This is where it all starts, at this point the accountability and responsibility rests on our shoulders. When the product is received at the job site we will:

  • Perform a visual inspection of all cartons
  • Verify all quantities against the bill of lading and purchase order
  • Inspect the contents of any carton found damaged - this is performed prior to the driver's departure
  • Complete a receiving report noting damages and/or shortages
  • Complete a detailed damage report including an estimate for repairs if possible
  • File and process all freight claims as necessary

Facility Management Services

The many steps involved in furniture delivery and installation can be overwhelming to businesses that do not employ full time facility managers and even for those who do, extra help is sometimes needed. Through our extensive experience in this area, we have developed a system of checks and balances that we put into action in every project that we manage. Among the activities you can count on Precision to perform are:

  • Pre-installation site inspect and coordination building management
  • Confirmation of all trade union requirements, if necessary
  • A through site inspection to confirm availability of elevators, loading docks, trash facilities, staging areas, and delivery requirements.
  • Coordination and consolidation of deliveries from multiple manufacturers
  • An on-site project manager and Precision’s participation in all project meetings as requested Technical and electrical/data support as needed.

Relocation & Moving Services

As your service partner, our goal is to understand the total concept and cost of the project, then execute and complete the project on time.

Precision's relocation services includes providing cartons, labels, fine furniture wrapping, packing, custom crating and moving. Precision manages to your timeline and moving-in schedules!

Delivery and Fulfillment Service

Flexible scheduling is the hallmark of Precision’s delivery service. We maintain our own fleet of trucks and vans so we are able to provide prompt delivery of any new or reused furniture from any manufacturer in the time frame you specify. Precision employs professional MoDOT approved drivers who practice a company supported safety program.
