Precision can help coordinate the liquidation of your excess furniture through our network of dealers and furniture installation companies nationwide. Product ownership is maintained by the owner and sold directly to the buyer.

This service could include:

  • Dismantling and staging the product
  • Inventory of excess product
  • Digital photography of product
  • Email Broadcast of available product nationwide
  • Listing of Product on our website securing your identity
  • Valuing of product for open market sale
  • Packing and Loading the product for transportation
  • Warehousing and storage of product offsite for seller or buyer

The project management fee for this service is minimal considering the time and effort that could be involved in disposing of excess product after a move, liquation, or corporate downsizing.
